I just have to add this (just so you get an idea of the spiritual battle we fighting), we went to the walk through and just about walked away from buying this house.

It was 5:30pm the night before closing (supposed to be closing on the house we just moved FROm at 9:00 and then closing on the house we are supposed to be moving TO at 9:30) and the house is an utter shambles. They have all kinds of stuff all over the lawn (probably stuff from their shed mostly), the house is disgusting and not completely moved out of and all of the repairs listed in the contract were not completed to satisfaction.

Oh but it gets better (right) we learn that the buyers of our other house do not have their loan package! Yup, they closed on their house in another state a few weeks ago and are living in an apt. nearby but for whatever reason (probably to make me crazy) they are not organized and ready to close!

Sooooo...I must wait for a phone call in the morning from my realtor to tell me if I need to head east or west. One way is the attorney's office to close on the house we are selling, the other way is to the house we are buying.

Best case scenerio, closings are delayed until later in the day, the sellers get ALL their stuff out of the house and have it professionally cleaned, then we move in. Worse case? I don't want to even consider worse case.

It should all work out but let me ask you, do you think I need more to deal with right here and now? My friends tell me to keep my eyes and heart on the Lord and I AM trying but remember, this is all new to me. I am praying that the prayers for the move and "Flower's" visit will be answered tomorrow and I can check those things off my list of concerns.   <sighhhhhh>
